• Collaborate with flight operations to assign crew members.
• Update passenger information for each flight.
• Handle international paperwork, including Customs Gendecs, eAPIS, and permits.
• Support sales team with crew duty limits.

• Facilitate travel arrangements for crew members.
• Support the maintenance department with aircraft parts ordering and returns.

• Required: 2-3 years of experience in operations at an Air Carrier (Part 121 or 135).
